Being lactose intolerant, I don't go in for the pizza, but for their Fire Bread sandwiches, which I get sans cheese. I've never really had an issue with that, and one location even phoned to inform me that the salad I had chosen was loaded with cheese. So I'm pretty safe with these guys.
