At the beginning of March, over 95 restaurants participate in a week long event called The Big Taste. Take a moment and click that link. Okay. So 95+ restaurants, with affordable, incredible meals at all different levels. Holy Crap. I got really excited, but I could only go to one, and boy did I pick a good one. The Guild (fancy-ass food and cocktails) 200 8 Ave SW Eat In $$$** This place is another level above my usual haunts, with craft cocktails and a focus on locally sourced artisan butchery. My roommate and I both had the $35 Big Taste menu, which had a few different options for the appetizer and entreé.
